Quality Process
1. The products are checked for quality at every stage of production by our expert quality department in the factory premises.
2. The inventory management is completely computerised to reduce over stocking and wastage.
3. The pump bodies are vacuumed and tested proactively before it passes onto the assembling stage.
4. All pumps are 100% leak tested before despatch.
5. Part Evaluation: Last piece Inspection at the end of each production run.
6. Final Audit: Random sampling of each ship lot for compliance of key characteristics.
7. MERIND HAS INHOUSE CMM FACILITY and all the components are checked with this facility.
